Suggest Alternate Medicine For Althea

I have pcos. Irregular menstruation caused by hormonal imbalance. Two years ago My doctor prescribed that i need to take althea so did. So far so good. However i am working here in dubai no. I cannot find where to buy althea. I haven t have my period for almost 8 months now. Any suggestions as an alternative for althea? Thank you so much
