I have eczema in my hand. I was using Tigboderm cream in india to cure it. Now i am in US, and got Eczema in hand again. I tried various OTC cream (lamisil, Tinactin, etc) but it doesnt work. What is the substitute of Tigboderm cream that i can get it over hear in US over the counter.
Hi. As per your case history of eczema, my treatment advice is - 1. Don't scratch the lesion as it may worsen the condition. 2. Apply a potent steroid cream like clobetasaol cream twice daily on it. 3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine twice daily for 7-10 days.
