hello i am 42 and recently got blood in my stool, which was quite a lot. I ate bananas and it reduce a bit. But i also got a fever and body ache which is subsiding now. I think the problem is due to heatiness and stress recently in my life. i have had this problem before and it disappears after a few days and i used to apply anusol cream, but this is no longer available over the counter. Can you recommend any over the counter creams which I can use?
