Suggest Alternate Over The Counter Medication For Nexium
I originally took prescription strength Pepcid about 17 years ago. A few years later the government basically forced me to switch to nexium. I m retired military. I ve recently been reading a lot of negative info about nexium and it s adverse long term effects. Can I switch back to Pepcid without any problems?

Yes, you can switch back to Pepcid without any problems. Pepcid is also equally effective in suppressing the stomach acid production hence can be used to treat acidity issues. It is free from the long term adverse effects as seen with nexium.
