Suggest Alternate Remedy For Severe Pain Caused By Pinch Nerves

I am looking for a doctor in Honolulu, Hi. that can help me with my pinch nerves in my hip that has been giving me a lot of severe pain. I got shots in my spine, but it did not stop the pain, I went physical therapy to try and stop the pain, but the pain always came back. This pinch nerve is from an attacked I got in the 90 s, I was thrown to the ground where I hit my head, neck and hip, through out the years I suffered with nerve pain all on my left side. So what can I do to stop or remove the pain? thank you, Janet Tapia

Respected Janet Tapia, hi I evaluated your query thoroughly and it`s really annoying for any person who is since long time suffering from these much intense pains. Now as everything has been tried only and only few things are left for you which in my clinical experience I am sharing with you and hope you may find relief to some extent.*First thing is that you have to break down the connection of psychosomatic origin of the pain. why and how ? ok as you are suffering from long time your body has been accustomed to that severity of pain even though it`s really present or not. So you have to refurbish your triangle of body, mind and subcouncious level attitudes which is very difficult but not impossible. Best known thing to achieve it is thorough meditations and YOGA for 1 hour a day which will give you effect after sometime and it will be long lasting.*Perform certain minor light exercises at home which are not strenuous.*Do regular morning walk of around 20-30 minutes in fresh air *Try to involve yourself in more busy activities of your choice to get diversion of the pain symptomatology*Most important is keep laughing from inside of your sole, because laughter is the best medicine.Hope these help you to some extent. Dear thanks regards wishing you a fast speedy recovery with painless life ahead. Bye take care Janet
