Suggest Alternative Diagnosis After Ultrasound

I am 43 yrs... my ultrasound reports rleavs that bulky uterus with thickened endomentruium and 57X52 mm fibroid on right side. Endomentrial echo measures 12 mm. Mild hepatomegaly with fatty inflltration. uterus anteverted, measures about 96 X 55 X 45 mm with normal myometrial echo texture. please suggest further diagonis....
