Suggest Alternative Medication For Practin And Decdan As They Are Causing Heaviness In Face
i m using practin & decdan from last four years bcoz these tablets effects on my face.My face is no heavy & looking good but than we know that there are many side effects of these medicines.pls suggest if any alternate available for this medicine.My name-Gurjit singh,height 5 7 inch weight-65kg

You have not mentioned the reason for which you are taking these medications and in what dosage. It is the steroid which is the reason you are having these side effects. I believe decrease in the dose or gradually stopping may help.
