I read you query and i want you to know that Decdan( dexamethasone) and practin 4mg (cyproheptadin) used together in case like hypersensitivities or allergic reactions. former are corticosteroids and later are anti histamines. The weaknes obesity all are explained by their intake. SO is the fever as these drugs compromise the immune status and odds of infection increase. The reason of fatigue and not feeling well is because of the imbalance in hormones the inbuilt glucocorticoids which get suppressed by exogenous use. That needs to be handled very seriously . That is the reason we advise to taper steroids very slowly. You can not leave these medication abruptly. you will have to stop them very slowly over the period of weeks gradually reducing the dosages. Use morning times for administration only. The sooner in the morning the better. I would recommend to see the nearby GP and Endocrinologist to avoid complications like Addisonian crisis secondary to steroid discontinuity and to assess the febrile state and respective treatment of infection secondary to compromised immune status. i wish you good luck and take care.
