Suggest Alternative Medication For Acne On Face

I have many acne on my face. first I see a doctor he tell me about Nilek A gel and seframicine to mix and use. I use it for a month but all is wasted. Second a medical store keeper give me betnovate N . Now somebody tell me about clobetasol topical. What should I do ? Please help

I have gone through your query and can understand..

As per your complain Nilek A gel contains Nacinamide that is Vitamin B supplement and soframycin is an antibiotic..
You should continue applying these but should not at all use betnovate or clobetasol as both of these are steroids and can cause further damaging effects on face..
You can continue nilek Agel and soframycin and along with it use salicylic acid facewash to wash your face, apply benzoyl peroxide and azelic acid ointments over face..
Do cool compresses and exfoliate your skin twice week..
Take multivitamins, avoid oily food and excess sun exposure..
You can also go for glycolic acid peels..
