Hello Dhananjay I share your concern Recurrent diarrhoea warrants further investigation to find out the underlying cause and treatment depends upon the responsible condition for diarrhoea. I see pasting with similar complaints in my clinic and I would advise them for a battery of tests like stool test for ova, cyst or protozoa, CBC , liver function test, ultrasound or endoscopy You should repeat the treatment rather you should go for these investigation Meanwhile have plenty of fluids including ORS to counter dehydration and electrolytic imbalances Have lots of fresh fruits and vegetables Wash your hands with an antiseptic soap or solution before and after eating or using wash room and maintain good hygiene Hope this answers your question Please write back to me with more relevant information like your age and frequency of diarrhoea so that I will.be able to tell you more precisely Best wishes
