Suggest Alternative Medication For Cold, Runny Nose And Sneezing For A 15-year-old

My son is 15 now. He is suffering from cold symptoms from the last 8 months. We have visited a number of ent specialist but each one of them is prescribing anti allergic and nasal sprays.This takes care of the nasal discharge only during the therapy.as soon as we discontinue the symptoms start again.one of the ent specialist got his eosinophil count done .it is elevated to 1000.he prescribed hetrazen for one month. Got it checked again but only mild changes upto 800. He repeated hetrazen for month more. Now after discontinuation of medicine. Symptoms are back runny nose sneezing as they were earlier from day one. Eosinophil count again to 1000. I am very much upset Please advise

It might be due to some allergy or sinus infection for which you can take some antibiotic like azithromycin or moxikind-cv after an expert opinion along with diominic-dca or sneezy for cold, running nose and sneezing. Do warm water gargles and take steam inhalation as it will be very helpful.
