Suggest Alternative Medication For Hay Fever And Sneezing

I have a histamine allergic I have pain in throat and sneesing sometimes . my doctor describes me some pills for that it s called Periactine it works good when it comes to hay fever and sneesing . but it has side effects like dizziness , deeper sleeping , decrease blood pressure , fat,,,, etc . my question is what is the best solution for my hay fever allergic .

Hi,

You should take immune booster food eg turmeric , colostrum , Indian goos berry etc with Vitamin C , Vit. A .

Avoid dusting , use of perfume . Use helmet while driving two wheelers. Have proper sleep to boost your immunity. Do luke warm saline water cleansig of nose two times a day.
