Hi, I have a rash at the top of my buttcrack. It itches off and on, and occasionally is uncomfortable. I have used triple antibiotic ointment and hydrocortizone cream without much relief- the hydro did help with the itching temporarily. This is one area I ve noticed perspiration accumulatin5g there from on a near daily basis.
