Suggest Alternative Medication In Place Of Clindamycin While Having Myasthenia Gravis

I have MG and I am supposed to take antibiotic before dentist and periodontics visit (Total Hip Replacement in 2004). I used to take Clindamycin, but after MG diagnosis (Mar 2016) is not allowed. What I can take instead? My dentist, family doctor and periodontics do not know?
