General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Thank you for your query.
Measuring salivary levels of cortisol (4 samples in a day) and plotting a graph can give you a good idea of actual cortisol levels and fluctuations through the day.

This is better as it gives you information on the adrenal reserve and tells you how your body responds to it through the day.

Lifestyle changes, diet modifications and medications can help you feel better once we have the results
Hope this helps.

Wish you good health
