Suggest Alternative Remedy For Depression

hi to all drs..i am 20 years old..and i am suffering from negative thought and obssesion thought which rezited as some bad experienced in the past..i like to study with so much concentration but i can not concentrate..i have problem with concentration during study..so what suggestion do u give to me in order to raise the level of concentration and get a rid from negative thought..when these kinds of thought come into my mind i really suffer from depression at that moment..i wen to dr and she suggest me to use ciprelax..i used for short time but i felt so much sleepy and tired..so i want to reveal myself withought any drug so what solution do u have??

In think, you have either obsessive compulsive disorder or depression. In that case, you need antidepressant. Antidepressant would help you to control these symptoms. You can also try some relaxation exercise or thoughts stoppage exercise. For that, you have to consult a psychologist. In case, you need further help, you can ask.
