Hi I am 33 yrs of age using Betacap TR 40 since last one year. Doctor has prescribed this as my BP was 90/140 & sometimes 90/160. I want to know that whether I have to take medicine for my whole life ? or I can quit from taking this medicine ? Is there any other way to treat high BP ?
I went through your details. Blood Pressure or hypertension is not an individual problem. High Blood pressure or hypertension is usually a symptom associated with many other medical (physical or mental) conditions. The reason for your hypertension need to be understood before providing you with alternative methods. In this scenario, I suggest you to work with your doctor.
Usually, exercises, lowering salt intake, high fiber and fruit, vegetable diet, being happy and creative etc can reduce the hypertension provided there is no other medical causes for it. Please work with your physician.
