Suggest Alternative Treatment For Vertigo, Dizziness, Ear Perforation And Tinnitus

Hello, I am 30 years old and experienced Vertigo in September last year for a few months. By end of last year, it phased out. However, this year again about 2 months back, the dizziness has come back (not as severe enough as last year but strong enough to hamper my daily routine). I also experienced tinnitus about five years back due to perforation in my left ear and it has come back too. I have been taking Stemetil as a SOS twice a day and Ginkgo Biloba supplements. I am feeling helpless as I am not able to be on my own. Please advise.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it this is the vertigo and severe in condition then it could be due to vestibular dysfunction because inflammatory process and it can be treated with "Tab Bitahistine 8 mg" three times in day, even if symptoms does not improved then it is advisable to get done the MRI of brain to differentiate the vertigo, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
