Suggest Alternative Treatment Without Surgery For Complete Tear Of ACL

Sir, I am from India. Is there any alternative treatment without surgery for complete tear of ACL and large radial tear of posterior horn of the medical meniscus with reactive marrow oedema in poster aspect of the medial tibial condyle. Please kindly let me know.

Hi,Thanks for your query. After going through your query I came to know that you have got complete tear of ACL and large radial tear of posterior horn of the medical meniscus with reactive marrow edema in poster aspect of the medial tibial condyle. You want to know non surgical treatment of the condition . Nonsurgical treatment is quadriceps exercises and strengthening of quadriceps so that symptoms are reduced. Analgesic is taken for symptomatic pain relief. You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it. I do hope that you have found something helpful.
