Suggest Alternative Treatments For Tremulous Feelings Of Arms And Upper Body

Sorry to bother you. I thought there was no charge for this. Brenda June 1st and 2nd I experienced a second round of unbelievable family stress. Since returning home I have been experiencing the following symptoms: inner tremulous feelings of my arms and upper body, eye blurriness, body dizziness and unbalance, extreme fatigue, and issues with holes in my memory. I slept for two days and still did not feel refreshed. Medications I am on are: venlafaxine XR 37.5 mg for depression, rabeprazole EC 10 mg for acid reflux and Apo-Mometasone nasal spray for post nasal issues. I am thinking that this is just anxiety related to the family stress and the exhaustion from dealing with everything. And with time I should be okay. But my symptoms have not changed in over 10 days. I do not have a Doctor. Should I be going to out-patients or emerg? Thank you
