Suggest Alternative Ways To Increase Iron Absorption

Hello,I was born anemic,then gastric bypass,botched.. Left me with 6.5 small intestine.. I ve developed pyoderma gangrenosum,SLE Lupus,heart disease,cf,fm,seizures,etc. I m struggling getting iron. The next step is infusion and I was fed TPN thru my vein,biggest mistake.. Is there anyway to absorb iron,like I do my climara with a patch? If we can do this,could prolong my life? I need help been all over.. Anything,advice would be so appreciated. Rene I m sorry I m waiting on my disability and can t pay that right now but I will try to visit again

Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, it seems to be due to muscle sprain and OTC analgesics like Acetaminophen or Ibuprofen along with muscle relaxants like Orphenidine or Tizaindine may be needed. If persists, ultrasound abdomen for other conditions should be done.
