Suggest Alternatives For Paroxetine To Treat Hot Flushes And Anxiety.

I have just started taking paroxetine 20ga ,half tablet so 10 mg for last 3 days,for last 2months I have suffered mentally before having hot flush due to premenopausal ,,the thoughts I have give me high worry and I suffer anxiety thru worrys,what ever I am thinking befor the hot flush is heightened ,usually I feel doom ..how long before meds work as the anixety I have in stomach since taking is worse than before

Usually the best way to come out of the hot flush is controlling the thoughts fully understand that this is only happening due to the hot flus and it is not going harm in any way just disturbs the mental state for a while, but if you are not able to do that then and then you might be in need of medicine, the medicine that you are taking (Paroxetine)is the best drug and no need to change this, instead try to follow the above given advise, hope this information helps you, have a nice day.
