Suggest An OTC Decongestant Medication

Is there a decongestant medicine, over the counter, that significantly reduces sinus congestion without drying out the inside of your sinuses? In addition, does this decongestant medicine also avoid causing the side effect of making prostate symptoms worse by way of using active ingredients known to cause problems for those with prostate problems? Hi Ken,

As soon as I read your question, I instantly thought of Flonase, which you can now get over the counter! As someone who has sinus problems, I use this medication and it's my favorite sinus medication of all time. It doesn't dry me out like other nasal sprays, and it works pretty quickly. I strongly recommend trying it!
