Suggest An Absorbable Glucosamine Product For Arthritis In The Thumb And Wrist
I am 56years old have arthritis beginning in my thumb and wrist. I cannot torque my wrist without pain, and it is getting more painful as time goes on...my Doc said glucosomine with condriotin was a good supplement.Can you recommend highly absorbable, high end glucosomine product?

However,based on a recent report by an orthopedist in USA cosamineDS or cosamine ASU are good choice in a scientific study,latter contains avocado,green tea supplements too which are helpful.the medicines are taken twice a day.
In your case,type of arthritis in joints of thumb must be diagnosed also to rule out rheumatoid.if it’s osteo arthritis,above drugs may help.in rheumatoid specific meds are prescribed.see a rheumatologist also.
NSAID like Aleve may be added for pain relief available OTC,taken twic after meals

It might help in some cases but not all
usually 1500mg/day is dose which is found to be effective if at all
however in advanced arthritis it's role is not that significant.
