Suggest An Alternate Medicine For Deep, Burning Cuts In The Tongue

Hello docotor....
I have deep cuts on my tounge sice last 5 years......it dosent pain but spicy food i cant eat....when i eat spicy food it burns.....one of local doctor give me becosules capsules but it did not helped.....what is the reason behid this condition

Deep cuts or grooves on tongue can be due to a condition known as a Fissured tongue in which there are deep grooves on the tongue that are painless commonly..

But many a times if proper hygiene is not maintained then it can cause Infection and there can be soreness on tongue..

It is commonly genetic predisposition..

It can only be managed with symptomatic treatment like use a soft toothbrush to clean the grooves, do antiseptic mouthwash gargles, doing hydrogen peroxide rinses by making a solution in water can help..
