General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think you may need to take omeprazole for stomach pain and buscopan for cramping. Also you can use simethicone instead of loperamide to improve diarrhea and bloating if you believe that loperamide is not making you to feel good.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
