Suggest An Alternative Medication For Xanax

I have been on 70mg of vyvanse for a couple months now and it seems to only last 4-5 hours. I am also experiencing extreme nausea and vomiting a couple hours after taking it. I get 30 .5 mg of xanex every month for anxiety. Is there anything else or more effective than xanex and what can I take during the day to keep my nausea away while working? (xanex makes me tired but otherwise helps with nausea) also, is there any better options that may work longer than vyvanse besides adderall-- it gives me migraines?

Hi,

Xanax is least likely to cause nausea, only psychiatrist who prescribed you can change it, what is your age? What is exact diagnosis, it is ADHD? This is because Vyvanse is prescribed for other things too. If you combine breathing exercises, it reduces anxiety and other physical stress causes which can lead to reduction of Xanax and even Vyvanse dose. 30.5 mg is more dose monthly for anxiety it have to be half. Yes, other drugs of this category are available too.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
