Than if needed hiatus hernia should be ruled out by endoscopy like investigation... Take omeprazole( that you are taking) for four week .... To prevent reflux high fatty meal and excess spicy foods avoided... Tea, coffee, icream restricted Head elevation done while sleeping... Take care If hiatus hernia present than surgical treatment can be done Advise : gastroenterologist or physician consultation for examination and further work up
