Suggest An Alternative Medicine For Xalkori

I have a long history of recurrent UTI s. I have also been on long-term lung cancer treatment, currently taking Xalkori. UTI now with Enterobacter aerogenes, multi drug resistant. Cipro or Levoquin would be drug of choice but apparently together they increase risk for prolonged qt. cannot take Bactrim due to kidney issues (GFR 43-56, serum creatinine 1.1). Do I have any other options besides going off Xalkori while taking Cipro/Levoquin or using 4th gen cephalosporin IV or IM?

go for urine culture and sensitivity test and take the most effective antibiotic. drink more water and take syrup alcasol. can take nitrofuradentoine. consult urologist.
