dear dr. i am 68 yrs old MAN. i was taking amlong A 5mgm tab daily FOR good health. but l iwas tiredness feeling. i-little constupation with slow walking. so i omit amlong A . but i feel same as previous conditions. can i take amlong 5 mgm again. ple can u sugest anyother tab in stead of am long A .plz reply
