Suggest An Alternative Of Meta X

Hi, I have thyroid (High value of antibodies though TSH value is 2.119) and PCOS. I am planning to conceive and my doctor advised me to take Thyronorm (25 mg; 1 tab a day), Folvite MB (1 tab a day), Meta X (2 tab a day) and Glyciphage (500 mg; 3 tablets a day). I have recently moved to the United States and I have all the tablets with me except Meta X (it was out of stock in India). Can you suggest an alternative to Meta X. Can I take prenatal supplements instead of Meta X? Thanks, Anu

hi actually META X contains alpha lipoic acid,biotin,zinc,chromium picolinate as active ingredients.so if the prenatal supplements you mentioned contain the above ingredients you can replace them for meta x.but be sure that they contain alpha lipoic acid also.all the best.take care.bye.
