Good morning, I am a breast cancer survival. I was taking tamoxifen when I was premenopausal. Now that I am post after my hysterectomy they put me on Anastrozole, which is causing me a lot of joint pain, Is there any other medication that does not effect your joints as much.
You can use letrozole or exemestane. Both are aromatase inhibitors that reduce oestrogen levels in the body. Try one of them, maybe you tolerate it better.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
