Suggest An Alternative To Ditide

What can be prescribed for a 92 year old lady who has been treated for Hypertension with Tablet Ditide ( Triamterene + Benzthiazide) for several years? She has a pacemaker implant. Please suggest an alternative to Ditide as the drug is in short supply.
