Ayurveda Specialist 's  Response
If I had been your personal physician, I would have advised you to take Gikshar guggul and Punarnavarishta to do away with the problems of oedema, urine infection and allied disorders.

This will also not make potassium loss and there will not be any need to take potklor etc. So the safe bet is Ayurveda, no side effects, easy to take and any Ayurveda doctor can guide you more on this.

Hope this guides you well.
