Suggest An Alternative To Sulfa Drugs

I recently had a yeast infections and received a small cut from scratching. Well i cured the yeast infection with antibotics but the cut was still bothersome so i used a warm towel with epsom salt and allowed it to soad to soothe the pain and then used betodine gel as a topical ointment. Now the cut is still there the betodine is slowly helping but i now have tiny bumps where i used the epsom salt. What do you recommend. Im allergic to sulfa and didnt know if the epsom salt caused the tiny bumps. The bumps dont hurt at all they just werent there 5 days ago
