General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to a yeast infection. I recommend to maintain a good hygiene and use cotton underwear. I also recommend to continue using Clomaderm cream which is an antifungal cream.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
