Suggest An Alternative Treatment For Neuropathy

I have diabetes (type 2), history of liver problems (HEP C - virus is no longer active) and lung cancer (stage 3 - currently in remission). I am currently experiencing a form of chest neurapathy and Neurontin is not working. Which would be the safest for me to take on a daily basis Tylenol, Advil or Aleve?
