Hi,

Sorry to hear about your pain. There are a number of painkillers that may work for your pain. However most of the painkillers y would only be available on prescription only.

Taking them without prescription may cause serious side effects and no single drug is best for every one. Is always need proper assessment.

At the time you may need Paracetamol and ibuprofen for the pain. Heat pads and physiotherapy may also be of great help in pain due to pinched nerve.

If these don't help you should see your doctor for prescription of other drugs for the pain relief.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Mahboob Ur Rahman , General & Family Physician
