Suggest Antibiotic For Breast Feeding Woman With Dizziness And Migraine

I am 31 and have been experiencing dizziness(head bobbing/falling feeling and woozy headed) and complete loss of balance..like a drunk person. Also having headaches for 9 weeks. Also have had ears infected and fluid in ears. Got tubes in a week ago and one had to be replaced today. It was clotted with bblood. It started on a sun. With me feeling strange and then mon I woke up to the room spinning and then startd expencing above sytems got worse daily and then started to get a little better without antibiotics and then went through amoxillin for 3 days and switched to z-pack and the 2 rounds of augmetin only to daily get etter..almost 85% to daily bbecoming debilitated. I am married and have a 2 yr old and this has been so hard. Any sugestions would help! I am so upset and want my life back. Oh also been getting migrainea for 4 days. Also breastfeed my two year old. Is there a strong antibbiotic that I can take whille breastfeeding. Also, no high bp, or diabetes..healthy otherwise. Glands in neck and below collar bone also really hurt. Thank u-alissa
