Hi I am Dr Fahim and I will be answering your query

I have gone through your question and understood your concerns. Your urine routine examination is mostly with in normal limits EXCEPT RBCs which is up to 5. It should be less than 2RBCs/hpf. This may be because of stones in the kidney calyces or in the ureter. In history it should be elicited whether there is pain there were any episodes of pain in past. Investigations which can help are X-Ray KUB, Ultrasound KUB. These help will your doctor to know the cause and proceed accordingly. At present you need some analgesics and plenty of water.

I hope my answer will help you. Do rate my answer if you like it.
