Suggest Appropriate Exercises To Obtain A Flat Stomach

Hi my name is sarah im 19 years old i had a baby over a year ago and right now im weighing at 131 but i seem to be having trouble losing my stomach i workour 7 days a week and on a strict diet dont seem to be doing any good what else can i do for my stomach

If you could mention your height ,it could give rough idea of how much you are over wt, and how much you need to shed ?

Any way , I would like to suggest you to sellect right type of workouts with right kind of diet to hit the aim .

Eat sensibly. Needs of your body do not change just because you are trying to lose weight.Include essential nutrients fiber ,vitamins and minerals in natural form such as roasted meat & fish, Boiled eggs, skimmed milk & curd , beans and nuts . Eat lot of green leafy and fresh & raw vegetables & fruit.
Drink plenty of water.
Plan you meals. Try to eat small meals throughout the day rather than using up you full calorie entitlement in one large meal. Eating small amounts regularly will lessen the chances of your feeling hungry and will help you to lose weight. If you eat a large evening meal shortly before going to bed your body has no chance to use up those calories during the daily activity.and can increase wt.
Avoid weighing yourself all the time. Your weight fluctuates daily and there is not real need to weight yourself more than once a week. .

Chalking out a well planned physical activity plan is Also essential , for achieving a goal to get rid of fluffy stomach .
