I really appreciate your concern and I would like to advise you to stop using "Sildenafil citrate" because this could cause bad side effect, your problem may be geriatric and this can be rectify with your mental condition and not with any medicines of any system of medicine, be stress free, positive, focused, try some exercise, yoga meditation then you would not be in need of any medicine, take care.
