I really appreciate your concern, endometriosis is disease that can not be cured with some specific medicine but on tentative basis this can be treated with hormone medicine or device, exercise, surgical treatment, and natural remission is also chance, of course you can try Ayurveda this is nothing to loose, hope this information helps, take care.
