Dear Dhirendra,
According to your calculated BMI (Body Mass index) which is 25, means that you are in the level between a normal weight and being slightly overweight. (BMI= 20-25 normal weight, BMI=25-30 overweight).
I don't suggest you start drastic diets, but a healthy diet combined with gym exercises would gradually help you lose the extra weight and gain a required body shape.
The best way to approach a diet, is by substituting gradually the foods with lots of fat and sugar, with foods who have vegetal fat, and few sugar (like meat without fat, pasterized dairy, vegetables, fruits).
Also drink lots of fluids, be systematic in exercising (at least 5 times week for 20 minutes), and be patient. Its difficult but not impossible.

Hope this helps,
Regards
