Suggest Balanced Diet To Reduce Weight

My wt is 85 KG I want to reduce it. I am having food as follows. Suggest balance diet

morning at-7.30 1cup milk(cow), corn flakes- 50gms+little shugar

One peer

afternoon lunch - two bread slices, little chatani, Cacumber, tomata 5 slices each

one fruit

dinner - 100gms rice + Curd(50gms) +corns, green peas (50 gms each)

Hello!
You should try to have diet full of different nutrients. Try to eat a high protein diet with cheese, egg, cottage cheese, milk chicken, fish and less carbohydrates such as bread, rice, cookies, spaghetti, desserts. Try to exercise. During lunch cut off bread and eat a large bowl of salad: ex salad, tomatoe, cucumber, one spoon olive oil, paprika, avocado nuts. A small bowl of soup: Brokoli soup, tomatoe soup, etc.
At dinner better drink milk, eat egg(white egg), chicken one of these. Breakfast is ok.
