Hi
Thank you for posting your query in HCM. I had gone through your question I understand your concerns. Healthy and balanced diet is required for a healthy lifestyle. Breakfast is the most essential meal of the day. It should include complex carbohydrates, high protein, lunch should include combination of carbohydrates, proteins, and healthy fats. Dinner should always be light and it should be finished before 6pm. Late night dinners will add on calories and lead to weight gain. Here is a sample menu:
Early morning. 1 cup of green tea
Breakfast. Oats with milk , banana, 2 egg whites
mid morning snacks. 1 cup of fruit salad
Lunch. Big bowl of salad , dal,2 chapati or 1 cup of brown rice, curd
Evening snacks. 1 cup of sprouts
dinner . Soup and salad, 1 chapati with subzi
Have 3 litres water.
get regular physical activity for 45min like brisk walking, running, swimming.
Hope i have answered your question if you have further questions i will be happy to help.
