I really appreciate your concern. Best option contraception is combined oral contraceptive pills. If you have to postpone the period during wedding days then you should take the pills 3 days before the date of menstruation and continue to take till you want to delay periods. After stopping it you'll have your periods within some days. You can start pills on 5th day of menstruation for regular basis.
