Suggest Best Oral Contraceptives

I have an appointment this morning to remove my Mirena IUD and see about birth control. I do not want any more children, nor am I really excited to return to monthly periods worse than they are now. What are or is my best option(s) for birth control or permanent birth control moving forward?

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

If you do not want monthly periods, some of the the options would be: (1) depo provera injections every 3 months

This can be continued for 2 years.

(2)oral contraceptives like seasonale where there is a period every few months

I hope this helps
