Hi. I am wanting to lose weight fast and was wondering what the besy ways would be. Im especially focusing on my stomach. I dont have much acssess to exipment but I am willing to work hard. One of my ideas is to drink nothing but water. Do you have any suggestions?
hello,its always good to lose weight in healthy way.You have to combine exercise with good diet and reduce the weight in a steady way.No fast way of reducing it is healthy way by the way.Drinking just water,i think you meant in fluids only water and cut off the other drinks which contain more sugar like cold drinks,coffee,tea etc.to reduce the amount of carbs you ll be taking.apart from this better to get a good diet chart made from a dietician,you want to remove fat from the abdomen then doing the exercise which is more effective on losing the extra fat from belly should be a better option,check few exercise videos on youtube which are mainly for reducing fat from belly, do take advice from a trainer before trying it yourself.yoga is also another best way.Jogging,walking,Can help.
