Suggest Better Treatment For Coughing, Chest Tightness And Fatigue

I have been coughing for the last month and I've seen a doctor for it. He's given me anti-biotics, asthma meds, and steroids but it hasn't worked. There was also cough syrup with codeine. I still have a cough, tightness of chest, shortness of breath and fatigue.
